How long does the Apple Strudel last?
The Apple Strudel will last 3 days but MUST be kept refrigerated.
How many does the Apple Strudel feed?
The Apple Strudel will serve 6 to 8 people. We also have a Half Strudel which feeds 4!
Is the Apple Strudel Halal safe?
Yes, it is! We do not use any pork products, animal meats or alcohol in our Strudels.
Is the Apple Strudel Gluten free or Dairy free?
Unfortunately, our Strudels DO contain dairy and gluten.
Does the Apple Strudel travel well?
The Apple Strudel is a great flying companion but must be hand carried and kept upright. The Strudels must be refrigerated before and after your flight. Each Strudel comes enclosed in its own sturdy box and if purchasing multiple, you can also purchase a carry box or re-useable bag that will fit 6.
Do you deliver your Strudels to Perth Hotels?
Yes, we do offer delivery to major Perth Hotels, where possible. It is a minimum order of 4 full sized strudels and we do not charge a delivery fee. Please note our earliest delivery time is 10am. Please ensure your Hotels Concierge will receive and refrigerate the order for you. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further.
Do you offer home delivery?
Do your products contain alcohol?
Yes, some of our products do contain alcohol such as our Chocolate Tartlets and Tortas. If you order ahead you can request for no alcohol and we will accommodate where possible.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, they are! Our custard containing eggs and dairy are thoroughly cooked and our dairy ingredients are pasteurised and purchased fresh daily.
Can I get a message on my cake?
YES! We can write a customised message on your cake! Typically, we have a cake decorator on at all times who can write on your cake however sometimes that person may be sick or unavailable and for that we do apologise. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further.
How can I pre-order your products?

Where are you located?
We are located at 106 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge 6003 Western Australia, Australia. We are the bright green building located on the corner of Aberdeen Street and Lake Street.
Is there parking near you?
Yes, there is ample parking surrounding us! There are 5minute bays right alongside us on Lake Street as well as paid parking just across the street. There is also more paid parking located on Aberdeen Street.
What are your trading hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please note our trading hours can differ over festive periods.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do! To be eligible for a 20% discount there are certain conditions that must be met. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further! Please note that we do not offer delivery, all orders will need to be collected from us in Northbridge.
Can I create my own assortment of cakes?
Yes, absolutely! We have a wide range of products, that are available in various sizes to suit all of your needs. Please give us a call or visit us instore to create your own arrangement.
How long in advance should I place my order?
It depends on the products and the quantity you wish to order however we always say the more notice possible the better! However, we do understand sometimes things pop up unexpectedly so just give us a ring and we’ll do our best to sort something out! For online orders please note we do have restrictions from as little as 24hrs to 72hrs.
