How long does the Apple Strudel last?
The Apple Strudel will last 3 days but MUST be kept refrigerated.
How many does the Apple Strudel feed?
The Apple Strudel will serve 6 to 8 people. We also have a Half Strudel which feeds 4!
Is the Apple Strudel Halal safe?
Yes, it is! We do not use any pork products, animal meats or alcohol in our Strudels.
Is the Apple Strudel Gluten free or Dairy free?
Unfortunately, our Strudels DO contain dairy and gluten.
Does the Apple Strudel travel well?
The Apple Strudel is a great flying companion but must be hand carried. Enclosed in its own sturdy box it travels very well as long as kept upright. We also have carry boxes and re-useable bags that will fit 6 Apple Strudels for an extra $5. Ensure to keep the Strudel refrigerated before and after the flight.
Do you deliver your Strudels to Perth Hotels?
Yes, we do offer delivery to major Perth Hotels. There is no delivery charge however there is a minimum of 3 strudels. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further.
Do you offer home delivery?

Do your products contain alcohol?
Yes, some of our products do contain alcohol such as our Chocolate Tartlets and Tortas. If you order ahead you can request for no alcohol and we will accommodate where possible.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, they are! Our custard containing eggs and dairy are thoroughly cooked and our dairy ingredients are pasteurised and purchased fresh daily.
Can I get a message on my cake?
YES! We can write a customised message on your cake! Typically, we have a cake decorator on at all times who can write on your cake however sometimes that person may be sick or unavailable and for that we do apologise. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further.
How can I pre-order your products?
Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss your next order with one of our lovely Shop Girls! Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders online.
Where are you located?
We are located at 106 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge 6003 Western Australia, Australia. We are the bright green building located on the corner of Aberdeen Street and Lake Street.
Is there parking near you?
Yes, there is ample parking surrounding us! There are 5 minute bays right alongside us on Lake Street as well as paid parking just across the street. There is also more paid parking located on Aberdeen Street.
What are your trading hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do! To be eligible for a 20% discount there are certain conditions that must be met. Please note that we do not offer delivery, all orders will need to be collected from us in Northbridge. Please contact us on 08 9328 8196 to discuss further!
Can I create my assortment of cakes?
Yes, absolutely. We have a wide range of cakes that come in bite-sized versions so you can create your assortment of cakes including cheesecakes, eclairs, strudels, profiteroles, cannoli…
How long in advance should I place my order?
It depends on the products and the quantity you wish to order. Some of our products such as our mini eclairs, mini profiteroles or even mini meringue require 72 hours notice while other only need 48h or 24h notice.
